Hip-hoppers and rappers need to move on but BABY BOOMERS AND ABOVE need to check out the variety of these sounds. D'Parker writes and sings about the things only those who have lived a while can relate to...and he does it in ways that are sometimes humerous, sometimes heart-wretching and sometimes (but seldom) kinda normal. Sometimes the music is upbeat and sometimes it's merely there for an effect behind the lyrics but it's always appropriate for the feel of the song genre represented be it a Jimmy Buffet feel, an old country feel like Buck Owens, a humerous ALABAMA parody or a country-church gospel-feeling tribute to a step-father who passed away. This is not "TODAY'S HOT COUNTRY". This is country the way you remember it...with a few special licks thrown in for variety. Listen to a few of the songs..
buy a few C.D.s for your friends and family..there's a little something for everyone who want's to have a little laugh, have a little cry and return to some better days in music.
